Why blog posts are better than Facebook posts. Google loves blogs.
We’re constantly advising clients that while Facebook and other Social channels are important, you can not ignore your website’s blog. Why? Because Google loves blogs. Here’s a really good article that explains the power of a blog post.

To get on our SEO soapbox for a moment: We tell clients that Google is a fickle girlfriend when it comes to search results showing your website. Now SHARE that blog’s link to Facebook so you cover both channels. We’ll end with some stats:
Google loves blogs. Here are some statistics that prove the value of a blog for SEO:
- Websites with blogs have 434% more indexed pages than websites without.
- 90% of customers find consumer content in blog posts useful.
Business to business (B2B) marketers with blogs get 67% more leads than those without blogs.
