Payment Policy
We use Hello Bonsai to send our invoices. Online payments through Stripe incur a payment processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 cents. To avoid this fee please make a check out to Saucer Advertising and mail it to 79 North Portage Street, Westfield, NY 14787.
Bonsai will email you payment notices as Saucer Advertising. If you are not getting these in your email please contact us.
- Options for payment are monthly, quarterly, and annually. For your convenience, they can be set up to autopay your card each period.
Payments are due within 35 days after the invoice date. This includes a 5-day grace period per New York law. Hosting and SEO tracking services are billed in advance.
On the 36th day after invoicing, a 3% fee will be applied to your balance for every month your payment is late.
Our system will add this fee to your invoice. Please pay that updated invoice amount, not the pre-late-fee invoice amount. New York law allows for up to 5% or $50 late charge, whichever is smaller.- We will offer a % off for early invoice payment once Bonsai has implemented such a feature.
If your invoice is 60 days past due, and your website is hosted by us, your website will be taken offline until payment is received. Upon payment, with late fees, your website will be restored. By “Offline” we mean your website will consist of your logo, phone number, and the following statement, "This website, hosted by Saucer Advertising, is currently offline." We would never indicate the reason. And hey, if for any reason, talk to us. Our relationship means so much, we’d prefer not to have to get to this point. And if you don't tell us what's up, we'll make up negative reasons and stress over them because artists are all basically insecure.
You absolutely own all design and content work done by Saucer Advertising. Should you ever wish to host your site elsewhere we’d be sad, but we will provide your current website files and/or help set up your website on a new hosting provider.
