What is a website built by Saucer going to cost? We'll break it down to the basics:
To get a website for your business, you'll need a Domain Name that points to a website file-hosting location. You'll need content describing your business and you'll need that site designed to look professional on all devices.
1. Domain Name
A domain name is the internet address people type in their browser to find your site. Saucer can work with your existing domain name or help you to purchase a new one. For added security and search engine optimization, we also recommend an SSL certificate, especially if you are taking credit card orders on your website. You will always be the owner of your domain name.
This is highly recommended for site security, improved SEO, and so Google Chrome doesn't put a "Not Secure" next to your web address.
2. Website Development (Wireframing, User Experience, & Design)
We start with a meeting to discuss your website needs. We'll then create a site map for your approval. A color mockup of the website's home page and one interior page will be provided for your approval. Once all is a go we'll build your site in WordPress, the #1 CMS system, utilizing an easy drag-and-drop site editing plugin.
We'll take your existing content and build you a great website that is mobile-friendly, secure, and easily edited by non-technical staff. $100 a page is a rough estimate.
3. Website Hosting
Hosting is where all the files for your website are stored. You may wish to have Saucer update the site on your paid hosting platform or have us host your site. We work in WordPress, the #1 CMS system. We'll provide the packaged files to your website should you ever wish to have someone else host it.
Website hosting via Siteground cloud hosting, including monthly updates of WordPress and plugin files. Editing the website will be done by you.
All that is included in our Basic package, plus Saucer becomes your "Web Guy" doing any needed website development or content updates, notifications, coupons, updating hours on Google/Bing/Facebook.
